does not specifically mention a formal possibility for an RFI as in Phase I. This suggests that there is no fixed procedure for a formal RFI process during Phase II.

agreed so therefore as I have said one can not state that its uncommon to have an RFI after inspections and RFI may very well follow after inspections.

It pains me to say but since we know NWBO isn't the fastest motor mouse on the block when it comes to inspections, the MHRA is backlogged and there may be a RFI I think its important that all longs should brace themselves for another 4 months wait before MHRA decision is made. I HOPE IM WRONG and UK approval is PRed this week
