Nov. 14/15 is the time by which I expect to hear something more about the merging company. Just taking the last quarterly publication date 8/14 and adding three months to it. 
In the meantime it would be OK with me if someone spilled the tea outside of an official release.
What makes the long hold easier is the market suuuuuucks these days. It's not like we're surrounded by tempting exponential runners allover the place, a la 2021.
Look at the 6-month and yearly charts for 90+ percent of all the stocks that draw the most interest and chatter on iHub. They mostly look like drawings of the biggest downslope of a giant rollercoaster.
