On November 4, Peter Ntephe speaks on behalf of ERHC Energy at this conference.

This suggests that there's no buy out by Shell and that ERHC and Shell have partnered to drill block 4, instead.

That's why I think we won't see a dividend until March when drilling is likely complete.

But, for sure, no one can say that ERHC lost all of its assets on Sept 30th, the date that all licenses expire, because if that were the case then ERHC would be bankrupt and Peter Ntephe wouldn't bother going to a conference on Nov 4.

The fact that ERHC is at a conference on Nov 4 strongly suggests that the licenses were extended by bringing on an operator.
