Wow! Rates go down, end affect will drive more mortgages, more home buying, lower down payments and the market drops FNMA and FMCC like anchors! Yeah, this is never manipulated, lmao, hahaha. Unless there's some underlying bad news we have not heard, this day makes zero sense.
