Letter to Shareholders – Stock Trading on FLCX

Trading on Stock Ticker FLCX – PLEASE DO NOT PANIC DURING THE STOCK TRANSITION

Dear Shareholder;

Quantum has now met its last SEC requirements and mailed its 14C Notice to all shareholders through its transfer agent.

This began the 20-day clock with FINRA to change the Quantum Energy Corporation ticker symbol, which will occur after the Company files its audit and 10-K.

You will see the Company’s current trading go to zero on the market while this transition occurs. The transition to the new ticker symbol and normal trading will take place over the next several days, this includes;

1. Completion of the Company audit. – A detailed notice will be sent via email to every shareholder.

2. Filing of the 10-K Annual Financial Report - A detailed notice will be sent via email to every shareholder.

3. Transition to the new trading symbol - A detailed notice will be sent via email to every shareholder.

Prior to these events, you may see a zero stock price at FLCX until these filings and transition to the new trading symbol has taken place.
