What about them? Does that mean it's an absolute that were going to receive a recovery? The answer is no, it's not an absolute.

Has there been anyone in an authoritative position, who would be 'in the know' about any possible recovery to us, that has stated that we will definitely receive a recovery? The answer is no, again. In fact, those in an authoritative position have said the opposite.

The bankruptcy case closed +4 1/2 years ago. The WMI Liquidating Trust (WMILT) was dissolved +2 1/2 years ago. There has been nothing. Even CSNY's supposed Source's information has resulted in a big nothing. For a long time i’ve strongly believed that CSNY has never had direct contact with the Source and either the Source had given fabricated information, passed on to her by the “another legacy holder” or the “another legacy holder” had fabricated the Source story to her. However, her unwillingness to reach out to the source for an update, when multiple people have asked over the years, and especially her stating that the source is “unimportant” to her (stated 4 months ago) leads me to a possible alternative belief.

I acknowledge that LIBOR is still ongoing and the Receivership is still open. And, i already gave you my beliefs on them at BP.
