This is interesting.

Starcrest (an Emeka Offor Company) formed a joint venture with Eland to form "Elcrest" some years ago.

It now appears that Elcrest has a new board member by the name of Peter Ntephe, the CEO of ERHC Energy.

Based on this, I would say that the Starcrest and ERHC Energy Merger did go forward after the MOU was issued, but no news of it was made because the MOU came just before the gag order happened.

Hence, my hypothesis that ERHC does indeed make $1.6 million in revenues at a minimum (when estimated from the PPP filing on payroll from revenue) which is coming from Starcrest is probably true.

According to my sleuthing, Peter Ntephe was added to the website on July 28, 2024. A very recent development.

The bigger question: I wonder why Emeka Offor would promote Peter Ntephe to director of Elcrest? Could it be that Ntephe just did something truly amazing with ERHC? And isn't it cool that ERHC now likely also has access to Starcrest's amazing assets? Starcrest assets include oil producing wells making a "merged" ERHC an oil producer, if true.

The above may have happened only in an alternative universe with no semblance or basis in reality.
