Agreed, the business (RXMD) itself is doing well. However, his poor leadership and lack of effective communication has dropped RXMD share value by 75% and NXPL by 64% since last year.

That's just awful for someone who claimed to be the "Wizard of M & A" His past successes have not been reflected on this deal with RXMD. imo
