Fernandez praying it stays above $1.00 prior to merger, otherwise NASDAQ compliance department will come a knocking soon.

The higher the PPS becomes here, the more he has to pay to RXMD stakeholders for each share when the merger happens.

Seems too ironic to me that RXMD and NXPL have been trading near that 1.48 conversion ratio since the S4 was filed. One has to wonder whose manipulating the PPS to keep it in that range.... could the MMs be holding it steady? 🤔 Odd behavior IMO
