First, trust no one until You've been around long enough to figure out who you might be able to trust.

Second, do your own research, look at what people are saying about a stock, and verify it yourself.

Third, never bet the farm on one single stock. No matter how good it looks, shit happens.

Maybe read the black art of making money on penny stocks, it will teach you what to avoid, not how to make money, but how to avoid losing money.

Oh, divide your initial stake amount at least 10 stocks, or more.
