Kiwi, JRoon, I would encourage both of you to do some research. The rules that guide the practice of medicine do not supercede patent law. Medically a doctor can prescribe gv for CVD. If a doctor does this they have still infringed Amarin's method of use patents. If a doctor prescribes gv for CVD they have not "induced" infringement. They have actually committed direct infringement. This is one of the underlying requirements necessary to bring suit for induced infringement.
