So THIS is the GRAND "Representation" in Irvine?????

Looks like we have a LITTLE more information on this "Representation" in Irvine CA.

In April, DBMM came out with an "update" that stated they were "pleased to announce another geographic expansion into the US— and now the West Coast, in Irvine, California."

Pretty much no information was given about this "representation" until the last update from DBMM. Here is a comment from Reggie James:

Reggie James, Chief Operating Officer and Director of DBMM, and Founder and Managing Director of DC, stated:

“Digital Clarity’s growth objective in the US is driven by its commitment to forming strategic partnerships. We recently announced our first partnership with Darren Hughes, a former Google executive and marketing veteran. For the sake of transparency and education, we are sharing this information to help shareholders, investors, and stakeholders understand our complex business model in manageable segments.”

Darren Hughes just happens to be located in Irvine CA.

I did some research into Darren's background.

In 2011, he apparently founded a company called "Embrace Interactive, Inc.", based in Irvine. Crunchbase has Embrace listed as a 1 person company (https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/embrace-interactive) and lists a website but it cannot be reached. I tried, unsuccessfully. In 2017, Darren apparently also took the position of "Marketing Director" with a company called "Buzzworthy Studios" in New York. He apparently still has this position.

The funny thing is? He was a "consultant" for Digital Clarity from June 2009 to April 2010. If he was a consultant for Digital Clarity in that period...then how can this be Digital Clarity's "first partnership" with him???

Another funny thing? At present, he is also listed as the "Head of Business Development" for Digital Clarity. He apparently started THAT position in February of this year....and still holds it. But that raises an interesting question. Why did DBMM wait until April of this year to announce some sort of "representation" in Irvine CA??? He worked for the company THREE MONTHS before that as an employee!

Come OFF it Poo and Reggie. THIS is the wonderful "representation" in Irvine? A talking head who works for three companies, whose company that he founded cannot be located on any website? And why call a relationship with an employee a "partnership"??? He's an employee, correct?? Why in the world would you call an employee a "partner"???

No WONDER that DBMM didn't want to elaborate on this wonderful "representation"!! It's a guy with what probably is a defunct company, with multiple jobs in different companies! US East Coast, US West Coast, UK.....anywhere he can pick up a job!!!

What a sham! "Representation"??? LOLOL!
