If...

... divers were sent to block 4....

And if...

... they found an indication of a massive find so large that instead of an asset purchase deal or buy out, Shell and ERHC have to partner for fair value...

And if...

... they are fast tracking block 4 because of this massive find...

Then

It makes sense for the other blocks to be delayed until late 2025 and to drill block 4 in March of 2025.

If that's true, then forget the Sept 30th deadline, this now moves to March 2025

That said, the above are all hypotheticals and not based in any reality.
