If you have proof that Jason Black KNOWING committed a crime please provide,. because no court in the land as far as I have seen so far has come to the same conclusion.

As you pointed out Mark Miller was charged and found guilty and no point have you provided proof that Jason Black was charged guilty of any wrong doing.

Mark Miller operated by seeking out small companies that needed funds to remain operational.

Jason Black ran such companies, when your company has nothing to offer banks to borrow money you turn to the loan sharks, and resort to convertible debt.
