I hate to tell you, but based on what I know I think most of the float is locked up! I have cash on the sideline just in case someone is stupid enough to sell at a really low price I have enough to pickup about 30 million more shares and I already have enough!!!

I think you know the float is locked up once a contract hits this will fly HIGH!!
