The governments' investment is doing just fine, LCY Biotechnology Holding Inc will keep the Sarnia plant operating and keep local talent employed in the Sarnia, Ontario area.
Unfortunately, you don't own shares in that privately held company.
Neither LCY Chemical or KKR were involved in the former BioAmber process.
The government didn't "allow" anything, it is called bankruptcy for a reason.
The former shares are locked to Delaware 4612067, they exist only as a placement.
BioAmber Sarnia no longer exists, there is no payout, ever.
