gonna require eliminating some govt agencies and stepping up energy production to crash the price of diesel and fuel. then there can by a dedicated "tax" on gas that can not be touched except to apply to the debt. there really is no other way, unless like many believe, they eliminate fiat and go all digital leaving the note holders in the cold.
