Kiwi, What was the jury award for damages in GSK v Teva? How much product did Teva actually sell? Hikma made public statements that Vascepa revenue was approaching a billion dollars a year. That's in the court record. How is our revenue looking now? How much would the annual revenue have grown in the absence of generic infringement? How many years will pass by the time a jury issues a judgment? Based on how damages were assessed in GSK v Teva, we could be talking about a substantial dollar amount.
