Hola W11, the 11MM was from the total IONIC loan with A and B convertible notes.
I have the breakdown in one of my past posts from LONG ago. I will go see
if I can dig it up. It is what RD did with IONIC in order to buy out SeraLabs from
ND that put CURE in the mess it found itself in. The revenue generation wasn't
enough and CURE wasn't paying IONIC back thus they began converting notes
like they were going out of style - which of course they did - completely out of
style TANKING the stock price. My buddy lost his ASS and died when the stock
was still trading about 20 cents per share. I think his family just liquidated his
account and thus they lost between 80 and 90K. RD was spinning some wild
tales back then and he, unfortunately fell for them.
