I believe greed and big money prevailed. There is no denying that NSS is happening. But what to do about it? Call in all the markers and allow small investors like us to reap the benefits that have been denied us or find a way to protect those with deep pockets that fund political careers.

IMO, it's plain as day. Our once proud Democracy has been inflitrated by the money that wins elections and buys favor. this is just the latest round of proof. I liken it to the favor the Tabacco industry has gained over the years. The end user gets taxes and the industry continues to make money and fund campaigns. Before anyone gets the wrong impression, I've been a smoker for over 30 years so I'm not anti tabacco but can never understand the legislation to tax the end user of a proven addictive substance and to legislate away where it can and cannot be partaken yet let the industry continue and force them to advertise the dangers yet profit from the antidote which is the Patch, gum etc.

If they had any integrity they would ban the substance period citing the health risks etc. The only reason I bring this up is because it shows the power of money and the extent that subtrafuge is used to protect it.

No, A rule to abolish NSS with no teeth, then a law in Utah that had a lot of teeth only to be overturned. It's smells like linberger cheese to me.

Just one mans opinion, nothing more.
