What is the best way to see real-time info on all stocks that have moved a certain percentage of value in a certain amount of time, like from day's open? And to further limit display to certain P/E ratios / volume / minimum stock price?

Can you automatically buy/sell any stock that meets a certain strict criteria, or do you have to use screeners separately - then set to buy a specific stock by name only?

If a stock price is sitting at $10.03 - is there a way to see the value of bids to buy that stock if it drops to $10.02 and $10.01 and $10.00 and so forth?

What is the most versatile real-time screener that tells you most of these things clearly?
