My reliable industry source mentioned to me that Ayar’s valuation is multiple billions. Their revenue information isn’t public either and I doubt it’s that high. Also…another industry source of mine mentioned that Ayar’s tech suffered a setback in development last year because it was scorching other components in the system.

Lightmatter just raised money at a $1.2 billion valuation.

A couple years ago PsiQuantum raised money at nearly a $4 billion valuation.

CelestialAI just raised a bunch of money at an unknown valuation, but their last raise over a year ago the valuation was almost $400 million. Celestial also just came out and said they won’t be in volume production until 2027 at the earliest. And they still probably just hit ~$1 billion valuation.

I’m sure I’m missing a couple examples that would fit in here.

LWLG won’t be selling ‘exotic’ (ie expensive) larger systems like the above companies, but they stand to cast a wider net. LWLG’s tech doesn’t rock the boat either. It’s a standard type of device that is used in all sorts of applications.
