Hey Sharp, you do understand that the SEC is putting a stop to scammers like you hijacking Zombie tickers by having FINRA not process any 15c - that is why GOFF/WNFT, SRNW and GVSI all haven't filed a 15c - why don't you provide truthful information and tell investors your shells are worthless.

Sharp, why hasn't the SEC filed any comments on the FORW S-1 - explain that to shareholders.

But you are withholding information to investors about not filing a 15c - that is securities fraud.
