It sure looks like you spent a good deal of time putting together your own version of Paul Simon's "Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover".
You certainly continue to offer up lengthy and confusing "facts" that are really facts with a heavy sprinkling of your interpretation of what Dr. Lebby says with your opinions of what he is REALLY saying. You go very far to come up with some worse case scenarios that move very far away from he says. These are not facts but your own fantasies as to what is going wrong.

Just because Dr. Lebby doesn't use words that you consider more definitive, it doesn't mean he is being vague to hide the fact he really isn't saying what it sounds like he is saying. You continue to parse his words with lengthy diatribes about his hiding failures in the past and in the present, yet the progression of the technology continues despite your predictions over the past couple years it has and will likely continue to fail.

Come on Ted, reliability and scalability and the need for it was certainly discussed with partners at the start and along the way. Lightwave and foundries worked things out to offer up modulators that have tested very well from high volume manufacture. They have what customers want, a 200G 4 lane 800G modulator that is very low power and is being prover highly stable with very low optical loss. It is not a surprise that customers would want to see more runs and testing from ALL foundries that may be involved in the rollout, before placing large orders. After all this is a brand new technology and a lot rides on it for the long term.

So you think they are hiding details about the testing. Are you expecting daily or weekly updates? No technology companies offer running commentaries of steps in development leading to new technologies. We hear more from Dr. Lebby than other companies offer as they work through development. That is because they are a public company with no history of product or revenue and they must prove themselves to the general public. It would be easier if they were a private company and were not expected to disclose progress in development. They must give details in development to let the industry know they very well might have the solution to what they need.

Shareholders have hoped for quicker results and some have expected quicker results. Remember Dr. Lebby said in 2021, first slow rolloout expected in 2024 and ramp begins in 2025. The company has not failed and fallen behind since 2021, they are on track.

They didn't display a transceiver at OFC but showcased the modulator that was stunning. The fact that they didn't demonstrate it in a transceiver doesn't mean
they are not advancing with a transceiver partner or even ready to show it off. It depends if the partners involved want to do it when all the needed testing is done and the first customer order is placed (but they are not obligated to do so as they may want to gain a foothold with their first customer and surprise competitors they are further along than anyone thought). Getting the modulator right was much harder than it will be to add it to a transceiver so your doom and gloom is not realistic. Transceiver companies know how to fit many different modulators into packages. I suspect they are being tested as we dialogue.

No Ted, the PDKs did not take 3 years. It was closer to 2 years. Testing is a time consuming process and cannot be rushed. The first ones take longer especially when ALD became a needed option to work in. Future PDKs will happen likely faster along with the ALD process. Much of 2023 was testing and more testing. The worst thing that could happen would be to get a device into the market and it wouldn't work as advertised. Both sides want to get it right.

.No insider buys?. Options make up for that and you complain about that as well even as all companies work with them. Besides, there could be too much insider information as they work with partners to allow them legally to do so.

Low stock price? It doesn't say much with the high short count and a historically low valuation given to small cap stocks as the result of the rapid rise in interest rates. LWLG is not alone being heavily shorted. Interest and stock price will rise fast with deals when announced. For now, the company is in stealth mode and this gives you the opportunity to give us your Ted Facts that can interpret things in the most negative way possible.

I know I can be very wordy but you take the cake. You come up with these long diatribes where you twist Dr. Lebby's public information into purposeful misstatements by him meant to deceive people in the industry, shareholders and prospective shareholders. When will you stop playing these games?

Anyone who tries to read your posts has to be prepared to go down into the rabbit hole and be hit with information and opinions which will be confusing and contrary to what the company says. Welcome to Conspiracy Theories Central.
