I know right? Such a nice dream for short sellers to have...if only it could get delisted! In "3..2..1" no less. Wouldn't that be nice? Or better yet stock certificate revoked? Wouldn't that be a nice sigh of relief for short sellers? Imagine, this were as easy as knocking it down to $.000001 with just 15 shares. That's so easy to do! If only that were effective, right?

But as badog, the short seller, would say, "no, no, no" ... "you don't understand!!" ... but longs understand all too well....the case for stock certificate revocation was dismissed!!! And the stock still trades in Canada with Scotia iTrade and Questrade. People can buy shares there with non American passports!

What's actually going to happen is that there will be a deal with ERHC with Shell and / or Total because the international caveat emptor lays claim for ERHC to block 4 which has "source oil".

There's no escaping this with any delisting...as much as short sellers want this nightmare to end...it simply won't.

Shorts will simply remain like sitting ducks...ripe for the plucking. And they will indeed be plucked. Or whatever rhymes with plucked.

But enjoy your dreaming while you still can ... far be it for me to burst your bubble. Why on God's Green Earth would you short so many shares after receiving Day One warnings!!!
