Obviously there won't be too many investors flocking to buy shares in ERHE when Americans can't buy it and Canadians and non Americans who can at Scotia iTrade aren't paying attention.

So shorts can continue controlling the price
.. until....

We get a dividend which forces shorts to pay a penny per share on the shorted shares, or we get a buy out and shorts are forced to purchase Total or Shell shares to deliver to the shorts share owners.

Then shorts will exit fleeing into a squeeze. Management understands.

Don't worry... I'm working on it.

It'll happen.
