The potential gold mine upon positive human trial data, FDA approval, etc. for RDGL evaporated when MK failed to get Radiogel to market before the last of the original patents expired. It's still an FDA play, but a possible mega buyout price years from now is no longer in the cards. Radiogel is not cheap to make, has logistic challenges because Y90 has no shelf life and very limited pricing power given it's now public domain. It is what it is.
