Dave and I were in frequent contact with Bill many years ago. At one point Dave got on a thread together with an official from the Lousiana DEQ and Bill mistakenly thought that Dave was part of the LDEQ! Bill went radio silent on Dave after that if memory serves. Never received any real groundbreaking information but it was funny at the time.

So, my query to Bill regarding the DOE and June '24 earlier today yielded the following.....

With respect to NFTA, I would watch the DOE docket in the coming weeks for publicly available information related to your questions. Other than that, I am not authorized to comment.
