Terrible ratio.You shares are only worth 0.0894 cents.They are giving the company away.Others were offering 1.04 a share,and 40 cents a share.Why are they taking less than 9 cents a share.Game is lining the pockets of the insiders,the regular shareholder gets screwed.Good luck and good trading.
