If I was you I would stick to ripping off stupids investors with scam stocks and stay away from anyone that will puts your scientific and investment knowledge to a test. Brilliant!!!! will he exercise the warrants when they are out of the market- oh wait the term sheets has provision for that event…. How coincidental!
