No, he's not. Think about it. He's just reducing the 2.2 billion bloat float to something much smaller. He spent $500k to find out that he can't reduce the OS by canceling shares, the way he's done with the others. That's always been his ace move. His only choice now is to force weak hands to sell. ...and that's precisely what he's doing. Once they are gone and he and his cronies hold the bulk of the shares, he can get back to business as usual. ...only now he'll have tons of shares that he can control for purchasing more companies.

It's a savvy move! Not pretty for some but definitely brilliant when all is said and done.
