Correction: the Fl Supreme Court does not have a deadline on issuing opinions. I guess the question is when do the County Supervisors of Elections lock down the November ballot? So far, I’ve not been able to get an answer to that question. I would think that an opinion would need to be issued by the court prior to that date. Stay tuned as this might have a big impact on Trulieve.
