No I didn’t. It is about zero government accountability on any schedule and the inability to fire someone from employment for poor performance. They shuffle any non performing employees to a place where they still do not perform and collect a paycheck with their scheduled pay increases.

My comment was about accountability. I worked for many government consulting contractors to understand the system.
