yes at that amount of shares ---- the payout is of significance

1. I would love to see the "damage model" challenged (without knowing if some alternatives suck - but still some must be larger !)
2. hhm - if not trading ex and value of the cash is say 70 cents --- the base price for JPS (net this payout) seems awfully low (I would say cheap but that is dangerous after 15 years) (but your logic of how can it be ex if there is no known dividend is solid IMO. ) Maybe - regarding what appears to be a low level base (net payout of damages) price for JPS is a market assumption such pay out will be delayed and delayed and maybe found not "legal" until other issues are resolved - to the NPV of such payment is zero ?
