No, this company is the real deal and is owned by the most successful small cap junior mining executive in history, Richard Warke. Augusta Gold is located in the #1 mining jurisdiction in the world, Nevada. Within Nevada, they are located in the #1 mining district, the Beatty District which is primarily owned and controlled by Anglo-Gold Ashanti. They own the only fully permitted, shovel ready heap leach mine in the Beatty District. This is NOT an OTC company. This is a TSX company utilizing foreign exposure with an OTC listing. They only have ~89M shares outstanding with the CEO owning around 25M shares and he routinely buys in the open market.
