The earliest I have seen us file a 10-Q for the third quarter was on 10-28-19.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1293310/000121465919006664/0001214659-19-006664-index.htm

The delinquent 2nd quarter 10-Q is going to be disastrous. Many of you would probably have bailed if that 10-Q was released in a timely fashion. That would have been unfortunate, because the 3rd quarter 10-Q is going to reflect significant progress. That is such an understatement, the progress has been amazing!

So I think that's one of the reasons management has been sitting on the 2nd quarter 10-Q. It would not have presented the full picture.

But the other reason was to position us on the OTC Expert Market. This has been a safe-haven for management to complete their objectives without the possibility of attack or interference. When the 3rd quarter 10-Q is released, it will be with news commensurate with the shockingly outstanding performance demonstrated by lenzilumab.

And the elevator only has an "Up" button. Management will kneecap short sellers by recalling their loaned shares, and forcing them to help fuel a meteoric rise in share price, as they will be forced to compete for shares against new buyers, entering the market after the stellar 3rd quarter 10-Q is reported.
