And you apparently didn't notice all they did was change the name back to prior times with the old principal who played with names to try to give himself new shares with a different name, just like xanaxu does.

No one has a clue why a random bar owner would pay 45 bucks for a shell name. Because that's all that person has right now, a name change and not ownership of a-c-cr at all.

There's a lot missing from this story so far. You need to stop jumping conclusions and pushing the wrong stuff mick.
