Makes no difference at this point. Show the profit at the end of the fiscal year. Then re-invest that money the following year. Still follows the reinvestment plan but now the company is showing better profit.
The stock needs to show as much profit as possible, otherwise its just a shell game and where is all the cash going? This is not a sole proprietorship, its a publicly traded company. The more profit, the more attractive the stock appears to investors. When the stock is crashing like it is, maybe its time to prop it up with better profits and promotion. There is no way anyone is going to buy a vast amount and drive up the price without either.
I would rather see some money spent on a professional company that knows how to promote it.

People think the banking thing will be a magic bullet and the stock price will rise. It will not rise if no one knows about it.
