Everyone here is counting on release. but very few maybe 5 think Sandra will be doing it.
She is speaking end of this month, here is what she is going to say
1. She has not spoken to treasury about ending conservatorships
2. Its upto congress to end them.
3. Lot of work needs to be done need to talk to lots of stakeholders before anything happens.

In essence same garbage that she spewed 2 years ago.
