I also believe the company should have some legal recourse with ATrade because Atrade allows selling of the stock and only yet allows selling. As share holders, ATrades action has had a negative impact on our value as owners of shares in the company because ATrade creates an unfair market for the security. ATrade either needs to lift its ban on the buys or completely restrict the security and state a reason.
