I do not think that you understand the banking bill. Currently, no bank can do business with companies that are breaking federal law. MJ is against Federal law. The purpose of this bill is not to have the ability to get loans. The purpose of this bill is so the all cash transactions will no longer be necessary. So transactions can be made through banking transactions, not back room cash deals which are both dangerous and unregulated.
The banking bill will give more legitimacy to the market. It will also demand proper accounting of incoming and outgoing expenditures.
We all want the banking bill for the above reasons.
