The big boys with the big money IMHO are not coming in until the JV is a done deal. At that time it is my hope all the ducks are lined up in a row for the perfect storm and extermination of the NSS. The JV with a company or companies with assets in the 80+ Billion range will speak very loudly through out wall street and beyond! Until then the big money sits on the sidelines and watches giving the little guys like me more buying opportunities! smile
