just curious why DTII/PSSI Team would pay for the Release of 2 PR's

My guess is "passive portals" are paid for on "passive terms", ie no money changes hands until actual sales are made.

The good news is $VXIT doesn't have to outlay cash it doesn't have.

The bad news is $VXIT is unlikely to actually realize revenue and/or profits from these.

The good news is $VXIT moves on air, so the handful of current buyers who are fooled into driving PPS higher enable bagholders to take some exits.

The bad news is the whole deal will likely go the way of ovens, masks and solar mobility.
