If anything was going to be done on behalf of this company it have been done during the multiple litigations CRGP and Adam Carter were involved in. There were NO mentions of illegal shares made by any representative of CRGP or conformation by the TA at that time. If the CEO at the time doesn't acknowledge illegal shares during that time, what makes you think he would wait 10 years to do it now? Congress does not care about CRGP and no one in the DOJ cares about CRGP. The real Clement-Lockwood would have to make a statement in regard to their intentions for me to believe anything is possible. Anyone that says otherwise should sue to find out the actual share count. If you are a share holder you should file a lawsuit to find out the true share count of this company instead of speculating.
