I have been investing for several years now into MOBL. I remember when the pps went to .40 per share back a couple years ago. Since we had a lot less shares outstanding (around 300,000,000 as I reckon) would this not make the case that it will be MUCH harder to hit that .40 pps again with all the new shares that Cornell has dumped on us. The only way I see us getting to .20 pps is to sell DAVEL, and an IPO with KITE. .40 will only come (IMHO) if we actually start making money!!!
Couple other thoughts:
1) If we IPO KITE and pay back Cornell some of the debt we have incurred, would that also result in a buyback of shares, since shares and debt are intricately linked with Cornell.
2) I also think that the PROGAMES division pulls us away from the wireless focus we should be at. True it may have some merit down the road, but I see it as a current distraction to the real money maker which is the wireless division in my opinion.
