My questions, as always, center around WHY the price-action appears to price in a NON-successful event.
What does the market know that hopeful retail appears to ignore, or deny?
I'm not new here - I've seen a 1000 of these "merger deals" that have traded exactly like this, the board tone turns exactly like this, and then almost always the deal unsurprisingly fails for some reason.
I'm NOT saying I expect the same here - I recognize the possibility that anything can happen.
I'm ASKING: why doesn't "the market" believe in this one?
If it goes, I don't mind chasing. 10-100 baggers offer plenty opporunity to jump on when they move.
