I believe this one gives them complete control of timing and they don’t have to release anything until next year. Honestly, they could even take this through 2024. The last deal really didn’t get started to 2025. I like to say 2013 but that was a different type of deal. This is completely run by the crooks. So they will draw this out until needed. Last Epicept deal didn’t do anything until 2024 but they really did the big stuff in 2025. I’m just glad they settled with the creditors and Israelis. July 18th will get the ball moving. 15 days from that day will start the settlement process. Then 100 days from that point before settlement with creditors. Then comes final decree 25 days later.
