We are not stupid, we understand that Bioamber is not in bankruptcy but in complex restructuring and waiting to firm up the sale of the company as a whole because there would be lawsuits on Pwc handling this case, also confidentiality means secrecy?? or cover ups, or might be some fraud in the process they are covering , we get it
I believe that Breakthrough energy ventures is also behind this green deal that could include Bioamber/Visolis

Why is https://www.bioamber.com/, part Microsoft and amazon?? Because they are investors in Visolis, and SAF , there has to be a nice surprise for Bioamber shareholders
