Happy 4th!
I try to play most things pretty safe since I was blessed to make it home.
My Dad was 35 when he had me. He tried from the military and Boeing. I was 38 when I had my Son. I did 8 years active and 14 reserve Marine and Navy as a medic now I'm working on my second pension with the Federal GOVERNMENT. I've been putting money into a TSP for over 30 years now.
I bought a fixer upper for under 70k and did just that... fixed er up.
