So I expect no filings this month. The filing parade didn’t start last time until first of August. What’s more interesting is that they never quite filing the last time they played this gambit. So that makes me conclude that I know nothing about nothing. All you have to do is compare the filing and reporting dates and nothing lines up here. Nothing matches to what we are doing today. Of course they are very different types of deals. This time they have really prolonged the deal and like I said it’s all pending on bankruptcy. So with that at the forefront of my mind, I can honestly say that I see this not being finalized for quite some time. I never really compared the reporting dates and now that I have. I can see that they are doing things much different. For some reason, and against my best judgement I continued to compare filing / reporting dates. How foolish of me for sure. Just shows how inexperienced I am. Lol. Obviously no brains here. lol. I admit my nativity. Any ways. Bankruptcy is definitely the determining factor and that’s an ongoing charge on their end. Like my buddy Mike says. We still have remnant sale which we all know will take some time. I assume all activities that get done will continue to be on the down low and won’t be reported until Super 8. Nice thing is Final Order is coming soon. Then maybe a remnant sale if Trustee can find those assets that Oakridge Boys want. I’m wondering though….I thought we wanted those SATT Sud-Est assets. Why give those babies up. Something fishy there. I’m thinking they could sell some old computers and a few desks. But not the SATT toys. Any ways. What do I know. Not much. I guess Mike they will start up the Remnant sale this month and have it go for a few months which will then provide discharge etc. Thats my assumption based purely off speculation . Does anyone know what happens immediately after discharge??? I’m thinking company just regains it’s ability to operate and list again. Collaboration can then be shown??? Who knows. Enjoy the summer.
